JAM Test Schedule and Application Fee:
 

• From 2019, IIT Varanasi, IIT Bhilai, and IIT Palakkad have started to offer the admissions through JAM examination.
• A candidate can apply for at most two test papers in IIT JAM Exam.
• The application fee for IIT JAM is as follows:

Female/SC/ST/PwD - Rs 750 (for one paper), Rs 1050 (for two papers)
All Others - Rs 1500 (for one paper), Rs 2100 (for two papers

IIT JAM Eligibility

To apply for the topmost coveted IIT MSc entrance exam, an aspirant must fulfil following requirements.

• All candidates admitted through JAM should have a Bachelor’s degree.
• In the qualifying degree, the aggregate marks or CGPA/CPI without rounding-off should be at least 55% or 5.5 out of 10 for General/OBC (NCL) category candidates and 50% or 5.0 out of 10 for SC/ST and PwD category candidates.

Note: Aggregate percentage are calculated taking into account all subjects, including languages and subsidiaries, all years combined
